If Healbot eats too many S’mores she won’t be in shape for the new quests!

Before I saw the expanded map, I was thinking that the new dungeons would be beneath the current outposts. One of the neat things about the Pre-Searing zone was the way you could get to Barradin Estate either above ground or below. In other news, pics have emerged of a female Necro hero…which will allow me to create a solo FEM-FORCE 4!

The ultimate nerf would be this comic…taking out the Augury Rock fight and letting players through for being a leech. Sadly, this is the only way Fairebuckle is going to pass into GW:EN!

Now a little ranting: I’m grumpy about Anet only appearing at their local Seattle game convention, mostly because I can’t afford a 2400 mile plane ticket! Why do all the cool companies have to perch on the continental coastlines? Don’t they know that the Midwest is 100% more Tsunami proof?  Maybe I should start HealbotCON and lure them out here…

PS: If any readers can score me some GW swag, I’ll put your character in the comic!

More GWEN footage has hit the net, with good news about old skool dungeon crawling! Healbot might have a little trouble without running skills like Taxi Wammo has. Having seen some of the detailed instances, I’m glad I ordered a better videocard!

I kinda wish Eve would talk to her skull “focus” in the game. Nutty is fun, even though I can’t stand her current appearance. Face on the game box = smexy! Face on her game body = gack. Maybe we’ll see better renders of everyone in GW:EN.

On the same topic of translation, the GW community news updates don’t quite sound right sometimes. Last week, they described my comic as being Healbot’s wish list for the next expansion. How they got that from her ninja antics I’m not really sure. Healbot wants SUPREME POWER all the time…

Finally, I’m thinking of starting a “for sale” category, where I can advertise things I’m too cheap to post on Ebay. As I am a semi-retired (still uncured) otaku, expect extraneous anime goods from decades past.

Jeepers, I need to get my characters ready for the new campaign! I haven’t made a dent in the quest list, captured enough Elites, run to every town, joined a guild, or decided which Heroes to pack! I should make a list of what my lvl 20s need to have beforehand.

So, while everyone else is FFF, I’ll be trudging back to the Southern Shiverpeaks for caps…

Maybe if her idea had a few more smilies? Anyway, never resort to a plan that involves ninja kites.

On a side note: I’m thinking of buying a new videocard when GWEN arrives. The options I’m faced with given my budget and current equipment: 1) Stay with my old Radeon 9800Pro cuz 15~40 frames is OK. 2) Buy the best AGP card available in my price range. 3) Rebuild entire system cuz nothing else will make Tyria look good-n-shiny. I’m curious what folks use in their systems since nobody benchmarks with GW…
