I kinda wish Eve would talk to her skull “focus” in the game. Nutty is fun, even though I can’t stand her current appearance. Face on the game box = smexy! Face on her game body = gack. Maybe we’ll see better renders of everyone in GW:EN.
On the same topic of translation, the GW community news updates don’t quite sound right sometimes. Last week, they described my comic as being Healbot’s wish list for the next expansion. How they got that from her ninja antics I’m not really sure. Healbot wants SUPREME POWER all the time…
Finally, I’m thinking of starting a “for sale” category, where I can advertise things I’m too cheap to post on Ebay. As I am a semi-retired (still uncured) otaku, expect extraneous anime goods from decades past.
I wish Anet would consider MY wishlist, but it’ll never happen. Rit/N Minion Bombers just get no love.

I’m pretty sure they updated Eve’s look sometime after Nightfall came out. She doesn’t burn your eyes anymore.

Speaking of sales, I traded all my Victory Tokens for valuable sweets this year at the festival. I was hoping the mask was going to be the kind the actors wore, that mardi-gras “Lesser Grasp” design. No way I’d be wearing something that looked like a severed Mandragor head! Anyway, 5 plat in cakes is sweet indeed…

I was so hoping the mask would be the best thing out of this rather crappy rehashed event. Boy was I wrong. I turned in all my VTs for well over 30K in Rice Wine which I am gonna merch off. At least I get to payoff the Elite Necrotic chest and legging pieces that I bought for my Necro. XD

Last year we had Kisu Klones, this time the Grasps decided to hold on a little longer.
I went for the Firewater myself. Ironically, even though I’ve got stacks of booze in Xunlai (including 21 Hunter’s Ales direct from the pre-searing Bear Hunters themselves) I never actually get around to drinking it.

yea, in some districts those grasps were hacksaurs. heck tons of them just stick around the spawn points of the celestial charge and destroy almost all of it as it comes out. funny thing about it, though, is they would show their “love” for one person and follow him/her for an hour or more

Yea well I am still debating if I should merch the booze or not. I hate choices. I really really really REALLY do. One thing I did when I was doing the quests with my chars was go into HM with Koss, Tah as Prot and Dunk as Healer. I must say it did make the boring quests a bit more fun.

Debate over. I merched off my Rice Wine and sadly got a mask. Aint bad looking but coulda been better. I hope Eve switches to a wand and offhand set with Adam as her offhand in GWEN. That would rock. XD
